Walk Through

Boarding CAYMAN is either via the swim platform and up the port side stairs to the aft deck or via port or starboard rail breaks via the Marquipt tide ride ladder and onto the aft deck.

The aft deck is fully covered and has both built in and loose seating, a cabinet with a refrigerator, a ladder to the boat deck and a centered sliding door into the salon.

The salon has a U-shaped settee to port and immediately to starboard is a dual zone dual door wine cooler.  A recently added pop up TV cabinet is flanked by two swivel chairs and ottomans.  Next forward to starboard is a wet bar and comfortable steps to the Flybridge and the accommodations below.

To port is new glass dining table with eight chairs.  Furthest forward is a cabinet with glassware above and dinnerware below.

Forward to port is the large open galley with a full lower control station furthest forward.

To starboard is a day head followed by a raised breakfast settee.  To both port and starboard are pantograph doors to the side decks.

Going forward is a crew area with two separate cabins each with a private head and a dinette area that was converted to sleep two more people.

The accommodations stairs from the salon lead to three cabins below.

Forward to port is a cabin with a double berth below and a single berth above.  Within the cabin is a head with a stall shower.

Forward to starboard is a twin lower berth cabin also with a private head and shower.

The master cabin is aft with a king size berth aft, lots of storage drawers and lockers plus a his and hers head with both a shower and a tub.

The spacious flybridge has an abundance of covered seating, a bar area, grill and inside stairs to the salon.

The salon is entered via a centerline stainless steel trimmed manual door with port and starboard fixed side lights.  The high gloss cherry cabinetry with burlwood insets and a perfect blend of padded vinyl create a very pleasing light interior.

Immediately to port is an upholstered sofa in an elongated U-shape with a round coffee table in front and storage below the sofa cushions. To starboard upon entering is a Summit two door full upright stainless steel dual zone wine cooler.  Four slide out shelves surrounding the wine cooler house an abundance of wine glasses.

Next forward are two reclining and swivel leather chairs with matching foot stools. Between the chairs is a newer 46" Samsung LED TV on a lift in a custom cabinet that protrudes out in to the salon by 10 or so inches.

Next forward is a two door cabinet with a black granite top and an undermount stainless steel bar sink.  The aft cabinet houses the yacht's entertainment system which includes a Yamaha dual zone AV receiver and a Blue Ray player.  Next forward the cabinet has been modified to hold slide out drawers for all the yacht's dinnerware.

Next forward is a unique spiral 10 step open tread staircase that leads to the flybridge.  Within the same foot print is a 9 step spiral staircase that leads below to the Accommodations.

To port is a newer 66" round beveled edge clear glass table top with 8 cherry chairs.  Above is a cherry trimmed light fixture.

Next forward between two half round columns is an attractive clear glass storage cabinet with 4 doors with a granite counter below.  Between is a large aft facing mirror.  Below the counter top are four cherry cabinet doors offering additional galley/dining storage.

Also in the salon are twelve overhead LED mini spots, large port and starboard house side windows with Burlwood mullions, Roman shades and soffit type air conditioning delivery above.

Newer rope lighting in the soffit produces a nice soft accent light as needed.  A Harmony "all in one" remote makes AV functions easier.  The salon also has a surround sound system.  The sole is carpeted.

CAYMAN was purchased in 2011 by a small group of knowledgeable yachtsmen for their shared use.  After a significant refit in Ft. Lauderdale, the boat was shipped to Mexico where it has been used in the Baja peninsula.

Carefully looked after by a full time crew of three, CAYMAN is in great shape.

The yacht is seriously for sale as the owners are building a much larger yacht for 2018 delivery.

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard CAYMAN, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
