Salon and Galley:
Seating is to port with comfortable lounging for owners and guests. There are no less than seven opening windows in the salon, so it's not only bright, but the breezes keep the interior of this yacht very comfortable. Hidden storage is located beneath and behind sofa.
The galley is fully equipped. On the port side of the galley are two 7.5 cubic foot refrigerator / freezers, both positioned right at eye level. It doesn't get more convenient than that. And as a bonus, you get that catamaran redundancy again. You can also shut one down if you don't need the fridge space. They are very efficient 12 volt units that can run indefinitely on the solar panels alone.
Forward of the TV is storage cabinets and space for the microwave/convection oven, ice maker and the wine chiller. The island sink arrangement is another rarity in a yacht of this size.
As you go down the hallway that leads to the staterooms you'll pass the comprehensive electrical panel with everything located right at eye level for your convenience. And if you're over 6 feet tall, headroom is not a problem. Interior height is a minimum of 6 1/2 feet.
The Master Suite is located forward on the main level with queen size bed, two hanging closets, chest of drawers and shelves for books, videos, and has a flat-screen TV. The Master Suites private head is large and includes and enormous (and separate) fresh water shower. Behind the showers bulkhead is access doors to a working Washer and Dryer.
The Guest Suite is located in the port hull. In addition to the queen size bed, hanging closet and drawers, this suite has a complete head with full shower and dressing area. Opening ports with screens let the breezes flow through and the 12 volt fans keep the air moving even when the air outside is still. Of course, when it gets too hot or cold, the quiet and efficient central heat and air conditioning system ensure your guest's comfort.
The Master Suite Head features a Roman style shower, along with lots of storage and even a linen closet in the head. The master suite head is on the same level as the stateroom and is only accessible from through master suite. It is very well appointed with a beautiful vanity, electric flush toilet and all the amenities you'd expect to find in a luxury yacht. The Roman style shower is big and deep. Because of its size and location, it can be filled up like a bathtub and even has two levels of seating, should you desire to soak for a while. Functional, comfortable and very spacious. Not what you'd expect on a boat anywhere near this size.
The Guest Head is conveniently located in the guest suite and is comparably equipped with oval sinks, Gibraltar counter tops and high-polish, stainless steel fixtures, just like the master head. Of course, there's also another shower stall, just not quite as large as the one in the master suite.
Sky Lounge / Pilot House
Follow the stairs up to the air conditioned Sky Lounge and you enter a large room that serves as a flybridge, pilot house and an entertainment area with enough room for all your guests to make themselves comfortable. To starboard is the helm station with room for all the electronics you'll need for navigation. To port is the first mate's chair with a commanding view and a table for paper charts. The lounging area is aft and both captain's and mate's chairs swivel around to face any direction. Looking forward, the Dutch door opens out onto the foredeck.
With front and rear doors open and four large opening windows, ventilation is about as good as it gets. The sliding glass doors open onto a patio area with room for lounge chairs and a table. Ideal for evening cocktails or outdoor dining at its best. Below is the stairway down to the salon.
Each engine room is accessed through a hatch in the floor of the salon. There's plenty of room for even the big guys to comfortably perform regular maintenance. The dual Racor fuel filters (at each engine) are easy to get at and the oil pump out system eliminates the mess and frustration of oil changes. The engines are the legendary Yanmar twin turbo diesels producing 320 hp each. Plenty of power to propel this yacht at over 16 knots, yet economical enough to give you a range of well over 1,000 miles at a comfortable 7 or 8 knot.
To the rear of the Port Engine is a Phasor 10 Kw Generator with its own opening hatch at the aft deck and Racor Fuel Filter of its own.
The Props and Rudders are protected with a Tunnel Hull System that can be shown on one of the illustrations of one of the last photos given in this ad. Crab trap lines find these props very hard to access.
Reported fuel burn is 5 GPH at 8 knots, 6 GPH and 9 Knots and 7.5 GPH at 10 Knots.
